The Bedrin Organization is proud to announce the acquisition of the outparcel at St. George Square just off Hanes Mall Boulevard. The two-story 10,000-square-foot building, occupied by Mitchell’s Piano Gallery and Casual Furniture world, was sold by Casual World’s owners Eddie and Debbie Rowell for $1.275 million. Garret Bedrin, who oversees acquisitions, leasing and investor relations for the New Jersey-based family company, said the investment rounds out the July 2015 purchase of St. George Square for $5.1 million. The mixed-use property, built in 2008, includes two buildings that total nearly 41,000 square feet, along with two pad sites for future development. “We have no plans for changes with this building,” said Bedrin. “The building has great tenants. With its prime position directly in front of our project, it makes complete sense to control the building and open up the parking better.”
