The Bedrin Organization purchased St. George Square in Winston-Salem and plans to build the Triad’s second Salons by JC at the location.

The mixed-use property was built in 2008 and includes two buildings that total nearly 41,000 square feet, as well as two pad sites on approximately 4.77 acres, where additional development is expected. It is the location of companies such as Regus, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Tropical Smoothie, and more. The region’s economy is rapidly growing as well as diversifying.
